　　G-Force定下了新的对G方法，名叫T计划。由大久保博士提出，内容是利用心灵感应控制哥斯拉，然後利用新发明能分开攻击的新莫基拉消灭哥斯拉，而同一时间有一只和哥斯拉一样拥有G细胞的宇宙怪兽太空哥斯拉正从太空飞来准备袭击地球，原来在1992年摩斯拉一役後，摩斯拉飞上太空时连同G细胞一同带往太空并和一些不知名物质结合後形成太空哥斯拉。人类到底能否逃过哥斯拉及太空哥斯拉的危机……
