　　在蒙特利尔以外的一个孤岛上，有一栋极其现代化和理想的住所，但是在这个天堂一般的楼里，一个叫荷比斯的中年科学家正在用极其残暴的手段把一个年轻的女学生抽打得失去知觉，随后对这个学生开肠破肚，用浓盐酸摧毁内脏，随后自杀。通过调查研究，一个医生发现，原来荷比斯正在致力于研究一种壮阳似的寄生虫，他赠是利用那个女孩的内脏来培育这种寄生虫，但是他发现他的研究出现问题后，他决定杀死女孩和自己，只是荷比斯没有发现一点，那就是这个女孩其实是个非常复杂、混乱的传染源，接下来，楼里的人一个接一个被这种外貌酷似女性生殖器的寄生虫给传染上，继而疯狂的做爱，不久，他们步出公寓，到外边去寻找新的猎物。
